From start to finish, the entire experience was of great quality and professionalism. Tom came out very quickly to my property to give me an estimate of the work needing done and his pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the materials being used. He and his crew arrived on time and installed the patio quickly in less than a day and I’m confident this patio will last a lifetime. It came out absolutely beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. He’s very responsible and knowledgeable and have no doubts if there are any issues he will stand by his product to help assist. He is very experienced in working with HOA rules and regulations and was able to provide me exactly what I needed to have this project approved. I’m very happy I went with Courtyard Concepts and would highly recommend him for any and all patio work needing done.
