Two years ago, we contacted Courtyard Concepts for a patio quote. Tom came down and worked with us generating a drawing that we needed to submit for approval from our condo association. Tom knew all the rules and was able to guide us through the approval process which immediately was approved. It helped that our association had past experience with Courtyard Concepts and were very comfortable with their work. Before we were able to start, the association experienced problems with boundaries and all construction projects were put on hold. Fast forward two years we received approval to commence. I contacted Courtyard Concepts and they immediately responded with a start date. They came in and within one week completed the job. We are very happy with the way it turned out. The rounded corners on the walls look great. We’ve had nothing but compliments from all our neighbors. We’d recommend Courtyard Concepts to anyone.
