Honestly, I have never had a better experience with a contractor. From the minute I spoke with Tom, to when he came to provide me an estimate, to when he and his crew installed the patio, I have never experienced a smoother transaction. Tom and team showed up exactly when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would, and charged me exactly what he said he would. What more can one ask?
The results were fantastic. We are so happy with our new patio. Several neighbors have already asked me to provide contact info so they could reach out to Courtyard Concepts. Personally, I am so pleased with the interaction and the results that my wife and I are already planning our next project where we will again employ Courtyard Concepts.
I wish there was an option to rate them A+ instead of A. They earned it.
